Senior Electrical Design Engineer – New Milton, Hampshire - £60-£65k
A Senior Electrical Design Engineer is required for a specialist power company in the Hampshire area on a permanent basis.
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for
- Delivering full projects of the company’s specialist products
- Electrical Design of control panel and switchgear
- System design of power generation systems
- Liaising with mechanical and controls systems engineer
- Advising and mentoring more junior staff
The ideal Senior Electrical Design Engineer will have:
- Electrical degree
- Previous electrical design experience using CAD – EPLAN ideal
- Experience with drive technology
- Experience in the power generation and/or battery systems market
- Good knowledge of startup and commissioning activities
- Marine sector experience / knowledge beneficial
