Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in primary and secondary schools across Dudley? Dunbar Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and provide support in a variety of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
• Ensure a positive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Manage student behavior in line with school policies
• Support students in their learning and ensure they stay on task
• Adapt to different school settings and subject areas when required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly
• Confidence to lead a classroom and engage with students
