Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (Mon-Thur) for an Engineering Manager at Testworks (Scotland) in Dunfermline. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for engineering leadership, customer enquiries (RFQs), Bills of Material management, PCB design verification, surface mount equipment suite management, customer project management, and integration tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
• Degree or equivalent within a Engineering/Electronics based subject
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes
• Software Development and Project Management experience
• PCB layout experience within a design role
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high attention to detail

Establish effective working relationships with various departments including; sales and marketing, operations, production and accounts. Responsible for reviewing customer PCB designs in accordance with agreed project time, cost, quality and performance requirements.
