Monday to Friday, working 8.00am till 5.00pm

Our Client are a major player in the packaging industry and are currently recruiting for Customer Services Executives to be working in close harmony with the Sales Team and the Commercial Manager. You will take responsibility for existing Clients providing quality labels and packaging to build their brands. Utilising your acquired Print / Packaging / Artwork experience and critically your outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and talent for Client engagement to deliver outstanding service to an impressive array of Clients across a wide variety of sectors.

You will be a positive, proactive, communicator and inquisitive team member. Ideally with print management experience that you will utilise to deliver effective solutions & intelligent supply chain options across diverse blue chip Client opportunities.

With a genuine interest/affinity in print and packaging, you will be ambitious, engaging and possess the energy and drive to seek and deliver a quality and consistent service to ensure that relationships can be maintained and developed.

Job duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Taking job briefs from sales / customers, using print management skills to advise on and manage customer requirements.
  • Create job tickets using Tharstern MIS System (training will be provided).
  • Order acknowledgement to client and tracking job ensuring client is fully informed of print delivery.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers via telephone, email and face to face meetings.
  • Work in a team environment to support and interact with the Sales, Customer Services and Production teams.
