Qualifications & Experience Required:

 

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Management, or Engineering.

- Experience: 3-4 years of industry experience in the UK.

- Report Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate reports.

- Drainage Design: Experience in drainage assessments and design, using software like Causeway or MicroDrainage (or similar).

- Drainage Strategy: Ability to develop both outline and detailed drainage strategies.

- GIS Skills: Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcMap, QGIS, or MapInfo.

 

Desirable:

- Willingness to develop skills in hydrology or modelling , aiming to become a well-rounded flood risk and drainage consultant.
