Berry Recruitment are seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our client based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an ongoing, full-time position that involves a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm, including occasional weekends)

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move and stack goods.
• Perform general warehouse tasks, including manual handling of items up to 25kg.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Organise and maintain goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team with day-to-day warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years' experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks up to 25kg.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Be flexible to work weekends when needed.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
