The school are looking for a teaching assistant on a part-time basis working initially working every Wednesday however there can be capacity for additional hours as things progress. The role will be based within a foundation phase nurture class and involves a number of different responsibilities focused around well-being and allowing children to develop the social communication skills in group settings. If you are a person who thrives on a role filled with variety this would be the perfect role for you!

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification Or 6 months experience with children in an educational establishment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• ELSA trained or experience delivering wellbeing interventions
• Experience in working one to one with additional learning needs
