Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator for our client’s successful independent Estate Agency in Guildford.

We need a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator with exceptional selling and negotiation skills. 

The perfect candidate will be looking to further their career in Estate Agency with a company that recognises talent, offers a supportive environment and great career progression.

You should currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a good understanding of the residential property sales process, and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means.  Good local knowledge of the Guildford area would be helpful.

• Excellent sales ability

• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local Guildford area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
