We are currently recruiting for a well established client in the North London area.

-Engineering Manager
-Food Manufacturing Environment.
-Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities;

-Responsible for H&S
-Ensure engineering resource is managed and maximized effectively
-Manage and motivate the engineering team
-Plan and deliver team training requirements in line with business objectives
-Direct management support for the Head of Engineering, assisting in the development of engineering strategy for the site to support the businesses short and long-term strategy
-Trend, root cause analysis and objective setting
-Ensuring all equipment and plant are effectively maintained utilising stores and associated engineering systems
-Ensure compliance with customer requirements, PIU, BRC and internal
-KPI management and publication
-Contractor management
-Budget cost centre management
-Service contract ownership and implementation
-NPT reduction and action planning
-Support site project manager where engineering services are required
