Are you a Registered Nurse with Complex Care (physical health) experience looking for a home-based role? If so, then this could be your next career move…. HRS Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor to work for our Complex Care Provider who support adults and children with a variety of physical complex care needs in their own home.
About the role
- Organise, carry out and document online supervisions with nurses across all regions.
- Using your complex care and clinical knowledge to provide professional support, reflection and learning that contributes to individual development.
- To document and report in line with CQC and company’s protocols all supervisions in a timely manner.
About you
- Registered nurse with an active PIN with the NMC
- Experience of working with complex care physical health clients in the community
- Experienced in previously carrying out supervisions with an understanding of how to effectively document these.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail, a completer finisher.
- Ability to plan effectively with good time management.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
What’s on offer for the Clinical Supervisor role?
- Our client will offer you a salary of £41,500.
- 37.5 hours per week with the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the field-based staff who may require supervisions of an evening / weekend.
- Home based (in the southeast ideally Kent or Sussex) with a dedicated space to work from home without distractions, laptop / mobile provided.
