Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing 5 production technicians and contractors when necessary
• Ensuring electronic and mechanical products are delivered on time and within budget to customers
• Managing MRP/ERP Systems and stock levels
• Ensuring production KPIs are followed and met
• Ensuring H&S in production is followed
• Planning production schedules and forecasting
• Sourcing suppliers to procure complex machined parts
• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products

Key Skills

• Solid engineering understand with ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in Electronic manufacturing would be highly beneficial
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Aerospace / Defence
• Experience purchasing complex machined components
• Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of quality standards, Quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards

Package

• £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
