An exciting and challenging position to join our growing company in our Newcastle Office (just outside City Cntre) to become a Project Coordinator with many opportunities for career progression to the top. This role is an addition to their current team, and you will be joining an upbeat, busy, and totally supportive organisation from day one focuses on recognition and reward.

We are an established National Employment Business which focuses on key markets in the Mechanical & Electrical Industry as well the Construction market in the supply of Temporary Agency Operatives.

This role offers a great benefits package from 25 days hols plus stats with an additional of a Xmas shutdown, and a discretionary bonus scheme, many team and company events throughout the year and along with many other benefits in our fabulous offices. The Project Coordinator will be required to support and assist with the operational activities within the business and working very closely to the team and their clients to ensure a smooth coordination service.

Duties Include

  1. Process work requests taking responsibility for work planning
  2. Provide focal point of contact for candidates & Clients
  3. Process & Data Input Payroll
  4. Marketing and advertising - Working on strategic advertising campaigns to attract and retain the best candidates for the contract positions we have coming in daily, working closely with the Consultants and Management Team.
  5. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  6. Handle queries from Clients & Candidates effectively and provide solutions

Person Specification

  1. Possesses strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels
  2. Proactive and able to work on own initiative, or with minimal support
  3. Ability to priorities their workload effectively with strong time management and organisational skills
  4. Emphasis on accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  5. A strong working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
