About Us:
Aspire People are looking to recruit confident Teachers to work with a independent school who cater to students aged 5-19 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as additional learning needs.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and dedicated Teacher to join vibrant through school. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging learning experiences tailored to the unique needs of the student.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons that can be adapted and tailored to accommodate the diverse learning needs of pupils.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and emotional well-being.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with students with SEMH and additional learning needs is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet varied learning styles.
* A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to the welfare of students.
