The BMS engineer will have a defined career development plan to encourage growth and progression.

An innovative and well-established BEMS installer and maintainer is looking to hire a full-time, experienced, and adaptable BMS Engineer. 

The successful candidate will be based on-site at the Data Centres in London, Croydon and occassionally Heathrow. Handling the service of existing installations and supporting various projects, including commissioning works.

Key Responsibilities after training:

• Service and maintain existing BMS (Trend) systems.
• Support project works, including commissioning, outside of regular working hours.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and handle customer complaints to maintain trust and strong relationships.
• Play a key role in improving system reliability and integrity.
• Support the preparation of estimates for projects and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience for BMS Service Engineer:

• Proven experience in BMS (Trend) maintenance and repair.
• Track record of working during unsociable hours.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, organisational skills, and initiative.
• Customer-facing skills are essential, as building and maintaining client relationships is a key part of the role.

Working Hours: Available on request

This role is based on normal working hours, but out-of-hours work will be compensated at 1.5x during the week and 2x over weekends.

Relevant SCADA and PLC training offered is available for BMS service Engineer, BMS Engineer or BMS Commissioning Engineer
