Electrical Supervisor
Location: Bolton - Mobile
Salary: Up to £44,000 + van & fuel card.

You'll be managing a team responsible for commercial offices, with over 60% of your day dedicated to supervising and problem-solving—no more full days on the tools!

What you’ll do:
- Take the reins on all maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance and smooth operations
- Review and approve risk assessments and method statements
- Issue and close out permits to work
- Organize and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- Create and maintain PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules
- Lead small works projects and liaise with specialist contractors
- Keep the client up to date on all site developments, ensuring excellent service
What you’ll need:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
- 18th Edition certification
- Solid understanding of building services
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities
