Electrical Supervisor

Location: Bolton - Mobile 

Salary: Up to £44,000 + van & fuel card.

You'll be managing a team responsible for commercial offices, with over 60% of your day dedicated to supervising and problem-solving—no more full days on the tools!

What you’ll do:

• Take the reins on all maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance and smooth operations
• Review and approve risk assessments and method statements
• Issue and close out permits to work
• Organize and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• Create and maintain PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules
• Lead small works projects and liaise with specialist contractors
• Keep the client up to date on all site developments, ensuring excellent service

What you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
• 18th Edition certification
• Solid understanding of building services
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities
