Panel Wirer

£30K-£40K + Training to become a design engineer

Based in Warrington

The Company:

A family run business that design and manufacturing electrical equipment for a range of industries are looking for a new electrical engineer to help design, build and test electrical control panels.

This business pride themselves on their reputation in the industry and the way they look after their employees is just as important to them. They are now looking for a new electrical panel wirer to join their team.

The Role:

The panel wirer will spend 80% of their time in the workshop building and testing panels from schematic drawings.

You will also get trained up to be able produce CAD drawings to send to clients. Longer term the role will become:

  • Creating electrical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Design, build and test of control panels

Required experience:

  • The panel wirer must hold a relevant electrical qualification
  • You will have come from a panel wiring / control panel manufacturing background
