About Us:
The client is a leading construction company specialising in commercial refurbishments. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of a key project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities and manage the refurbishment project from start to finish.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).
• Experience in warehouse or commercial refurbishment is preferred.
