As an Associate Director, you will:
- Deliver a wide range of building surveying services, focusing on acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and technical due diligence (TDD).
- Deliver a wide range of building surveying services, focusing primarily on acquisition surveys and dilapidations.
- Work on diverse projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
- Play a key role in contributing to the firm's ongoing growth and success.
- Proven track record in Building Surveying with at least 5 years of experience.
- MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
- Strong business development and client management skills are essential.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial in nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
