Senior FF&E Designer

 

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 p/annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Our client’s London studio is internationally recognized for delivering exceptional projects in the luxury residential sector in the UK and internationally. Duties:

• Lead the FF&E design process for luxury residential projects 
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and FF&E schedules 
• Utilize EstiMac / EstiPC software to manage FF&E specifications and procurement 
• Source and select high-end furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment 
• Collaborate with the interior design and architecture teams in London to ensure seamless project delivery 
• Oversee the installation process with meticulous attention to detail

 

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar field
• Proficiency in EstiMac / EstiPC for managing FF&E specifications 
• Background in leading FF&E design on luxury residential projects 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Creative approach with a keen eye for detail
• Great communication ability, both written and verbal
