About the role: SEN Teaching Assistant: Are you a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a child's life? We're looking for an enthusiastic SEN TA to work 1:1 with a Reception-aged girl with ASD who is working below the expected level and requires personal care support. This is a full-time, long-term role within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Application Requirements: 

• Experience working with children with ASD or other SEN needs.
• Ability to provide personal care as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach.


 Key Responsibilities: 

• Supporting a child in Reception with ASD on a 1:1 basis.
• Helping her access the curriculum, develop her social skills, and thrive within the classroom.
• Providing personal care support when necessary.
• Collaborating closely with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure her progress.
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
