IT Manager – 4 Days Per Week in Office
Location: West Yorkshire (On-site 4 days per week)
Salary: Up to £70,000
Forsyth Barnes is currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join a dynamic team in West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with leadership experience and a strong technical background to manage a dedicated IT team and support business-critical systems within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 4 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Comprehensive IT Oversight: Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and resolution for a wide range of IT-related issues to ensure seamless business operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders across the business, effectively managing expectations and delivering IT solutions that align with business needs.
- Technical Communication: Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
Ideal Candidate:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
