Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring exceptional service and a friendly environment.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team, promoting teamwork and customer service excellence.
• Use your cooking expertise to create and prepare delicious homemade menu items.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and optimise both kitchen and bar performance.
• Increase private event bookings and drive business growth.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
• Engage with the local community and build lasting relationships to boost repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing a pub or restaurant, with hands-on cooking skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on team development.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and stock control.
• Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• A creative flair for menu development and passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
