Warehouse Operative with Forklift Licence
Our client, a leading importer and distributor of outdoor power equipment, is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team. This full-time role is based in the Parts and Machinery Department at their facility in Bidford-on-Avon, handling a variety of warehouse tasks.
Location: Bidford-on-Avon
Position: Full-time
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, on-site position
Salary:
- Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate control and timely order preparation.
- Assist with unloading containers from overseas suppliers.
- Safely operate a forklift for material handling within the warehouse.
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including manual handling tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- A valid forklift licence is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, particularly with goods handling.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player.
- Available for an immediate start.
