Key Responsibilities:
•    Safely guide and position loads using appropriate signals and communication to crane operators.
•    Inspect and prepare lifting accessories and loads prior to lifting operations.
•    Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and on-site protocols.
•    Work collaboratively with site management and teams to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials.

Essential Requirements:
•    Proven experience as a Slinger in busy construction or industrial environments.
•    Valid CPCS Slinger Signaller qualification, Blue card, All Duties, 
•    Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation related to lifting operations.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, for effective team coordination.
•    Flexible availability to meet the needs of dynamic site schedules.

•    Desirable Attributes:
•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
•    Previous experience working on large-scale projects.
•    Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods in lifting operations.
