Role Overview:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of infrastructure civil projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing costs, contracts, and ensuring the financial efficiency of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying on infrastructure civil projects.
• Administer NEC contracts, ensuring compliance and effective management.
• Handle subcontract management, including negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports and financial statements.
•  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice to mitigate financial risks.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, particularly within infrastructure civil projects.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with NEC contracts.
