Site Agent – Multi Temperature Site

Information on the role
- Overseeing site activities from set-up to handover and evaluation
- Assist in/deliver project estimates & valuations
- Manage and ensure the team complies with project specifications
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings
- Plan resources including materials, labor, and sub-contractors
- Coordinate with the Site Safety Officer to ensure all safety standards are maintained
- Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
- Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you
- Proven experience as a Site Agent in the Fit Out & Industrial sectors (e.g. Offices, Shops, Warehouses, Factories, Distribution Centres, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right-first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS
