What You'll Do:

• Lead the Way: Oversee the entire Small Works Project process, from initial costing to successful completion.
• Temporary Works Expert: Sign off on Temporary Works, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Programme Management: Develop and manage project schedules, keeping everything on track.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates to ensure satisfaction.
• Cost Management: Take charge of project costs, maintaining budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Security Clearance: DV Clearance is preferred, however Baseline Security Clearance (BPSS or EBS) would be conisdered. You must have this already or be confident in ability to obtain.
• Certification: Temp Work Co-ordinator qualification/certificate is a must.
• Experience: Proven track record in project management within the defence, construction or facilities sectors.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
