Senior Construction Manager

My client is a tier one main contractor in search of a freelance Senior Construction Manager to join their team on site, on one of their flagship projects located by Hyde Park Corner.
The role will involve taking a 75+ bedroom hotel from first fix through to completion, the role will involve managing the fit out of the hotel bedrooms as well as front of house reception areas, pool, spa & gym areas.
Whilst hotel experience is a bonus it is not a must, my client is keen for individuals applying for this position to have strong residential experience and be “boots on the ground” out on site, pushing and driving the programme.
