Fund Monitoring Surveyor - A property consultancy, offering a flexible role and location!

My client are a property focused consultancy, with offices in both London and Surrey, are seeking a Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their team of four.

This is an opportunity that will suit an individual from a building surveying or quantity surveying background, who appreciates autonomy and is keen to progress within a professional firm.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Fund Monitoring Surveyor will work with funder/finance providers, looking at developers costs, plans and insurances and then providing a detailed, initial report to the funder on all/any risks.

As the chosen Fund Monitoring Surveyor, you'll work predominantly on residential developments, managing up to 12 projects at any one time. Most of your work will span across London, the Southeast and home counties.

Person specification

This role will suit a Fund Monitoring Surveyor who has a residential background and holds client relationship abilities.

  • MRICS qualified (Ideally)
  • RICS accredited degree, either in BS or QS
  • A consultancy background, working in a similar position
