As a Dual Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and managing two children’s homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Overseeing daily operations to meet the needs of children and young people.
• Developing care plans in collaboration with families and professionals.
• Maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings by adhering to regulations.
• Supporting and developing staff teams with necessary training and supervision.
• Driving continuous improvement across both services.

The ideal candidate for the Dual Registered Manager role should have:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care, preferably within learning disabilities services.
• Strong understanding and experience with Ofsted regulations and achieving high ratings.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership skills to inspire and manage teams across multiple services.
• Full UK driving licence.
