Senior Power Platform Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join our team and develop customized solutions. The development team operates in both product creation and consulting capacities based on client needs.

Key Duties

  • Work alongside analysts, engineers, and project leaders to address client needs using appropriate technology solutions.
  • Develop applications using Power Platform and SharePoint, incorporating Azure services for user management and security.
  • Design intuitive interfaces to enhance user engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Effectively manage technical projects for clients.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Follow established best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and share lessons learned with the team.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging technologies relevant to our industry, supported by relevant certifications.
  • Participate in team activities to enhance knowledge sharing and support colleagues' professional development.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leading the development of modern, cloud-based software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, especially Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Ideally, possess advanced certifications in Power Platform and/or Azure or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of Azure security and data protection strategies.
  • Proficiency in front-end web development languages and tools, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles, solution design, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Good judgment in handling sensitive or challenging situations.
