Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of people with complex mental and physical health needs.
• Develop and implement communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
• Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
• Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
