We are seeking a dynamic Store Director with a strong performance driven mindset and an entrepreneurial attitude to join the team at a key boutique in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and community engagement in a high-end boutique environment, particularly in the realm of high jewellery.

You will lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering an unparalleled customer experience that reflects the brand's commitment to artistry and the unique craftsmanship that defines our high jewelry collections. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a deep appreciation for our exquisite pieces, ensuring that every client feels valued and connected to the brand's legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing client relationships and foster new connections to enhance brand loyalty and expand the customer base.

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively to optimize sales opportunities and ensure the availability of our coveted pieces.

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a strong background in high jewelry that is pivotal to the role.
  • Strong KPI mindset and experience as a strategic planner with an entrepreneurial attitude to drive business success.
  • Strong CRM experience and knowledge, with a track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
