Salary: up to umbrella £25.96 per hour (depending on experience)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Whitley who are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Compliance Specialist your main responsibilities are:

• You will work with an existing team of 5 members, reporting into the Process Delivery Manager.
• The role covers Data Subject Access Requests and all related legal requests.
• This is a high priority, as we are legally bound to respond

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Previous experience of Compliance specifically DSARs and Informal Requests in a supporting role
• Good Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced HR Direct environment
• A good communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Experience of using Microsoft e-discovery or other search equivalent digital tools (preferred)
• Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc (preferred)
• Experience of Process Development (preferred)
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience (preferred)
