- Provide high-quality, effective patient care in various settings, including the hospice, children's homes, and the community.
- Plan and review care with families to ensure safety and advocate for the child and their family.
- Ensure fun and compassion are integral to the care provided.
- Follow safeguarding policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties.
- Administer medications and maintain nutritional status.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
The Children's Nurse role offers:
- Up to £41,360 per annum, based on experience.
- £5,000 joining bonus over three years.
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service, plus the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.

- Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
