They are seeking to streamline their Technical Department by appointing an Engineering / Technical Services Manager for their newly refurbished Ipswich office. This pivotal role will involve leading a team of engineers and managing a network of subcontractors, with a primary focus on overseeing the commissioning of ventilation systems across various national sites.

The Engineering / Technical Services Manager will also play a key role in expanding the team by recruiting additional engineers, as well as providing technical support and training to both customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering technical and after-sales support for Ventilation or Air Handling systems. However, individuals with a background in Air Conditioning, Heating, Chillers, or broader HVAC systems are also encouraged to apply. Experience managing a team is required.

This is predominantly an office-based role with some travel to site where required.

The Engineering Manager / Technical Services Manager will recieve: 

  • £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
