Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality care
- Monitor performance regularly and implement necessary improvements
- Manage the budget effectively
- Ensure a safe environment by identifying and managing risks
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a nursing home
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards
- A valid NMC pin (desirable but not essential)
