Newquay - covering sites around Devon and Cornwall

Are you a Site Manager or similar from a Construction background, looking for an exciting and varied role in a rapidly expanding company working on cutting edge projects within the Water Industry where you will have the autonomy to oversee projects on site and have the opportunity to quickly progress to senior roles?

This company is an established contractor specializing in mechanical, electrical and civil engineering projects, primarily in the water industry. They are undergoing a period of exciting growth since their establishment 18 months ago and are looking to expand their team and need a hard-working individual to strengthen their team.

In this varied role you will be reporting to various sites around Devon and Cornwall, and will be responsible for coordinating, planning and programming numerous different projects within the Water, Civils and Groundworks sector. You will liaise with subcontractors' clients and suppliers, and coordinate staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role would suit someone from a Construction/Engineering background, looking to join a successful start-up and become a core member of the company as they continually develop.

The Role:

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of all projects.
• Work on projects within the Water, Civils and Groundworks sectors
• Assist with estimating and pricing of jobs.
• Working closely with Directors and Management.
• Travel to projects and sites around Devon and Cornwall

The Person:

• Site Manager or similar
• Construction or similar background
• Commutable to Newquay - willing to travel to sites around Devon and Cornwall.
