Team Leader (Extrusion)
Our client (located in the Alfreton area) is looking for an Extrusion Team Leader to join them on a fixed term contract. The contract will initially be 6 months, 12 hour days, 4 on and 4 off.
As an Extrusion Team Leader you’ll be responsible for a team of 15. Duties will include:-
- Supervise and monitor all day-to-day extrusion
- Coordinate and control the daily operation of the team
- Oversee and control the teams performance
- Updating records and KPI’s on the companies ERP system
- Supporting the Manager in preparing staff rotas
- Monitoring raw material stock levels and ordering when required
To apply for this role you’ll need the following experience:
- Extrusion knowledge & experience
- Experience in managing small teams
- Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous
This role is initially a 6 month contract however longer term opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
Benefits include a basic salary of up to £48,000, onsite parking, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday + stats.
