Job Title: Account Director
Location: UK (Remote)

Our client, one of the UK’s leading Managed Service Providers, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to join their dynamic team. They specialise in delivering cutting-edge Digital Transformation Solutions, using Microsoft Cloud Technology, Identity, Mobility, Connectivity, and Security solutions. The organsation pride themselves on using real-world expertise to solve business challenges through IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling pre- and post-sales queries, introducing new products, and closing deals.
• Proactively build new client relationships and manage existing accounts, working closely with the companies virtual teams to drive opportunities from lead to closure.
• Collaborate with internal Account Managers and external partners to provide exceptional service and maximize business growth.
• Attend regular training and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales strategies.
• Lead a solution-based sales approach, negotiating and selling at C-level.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record of delivering £500k GP or more over the past 5 years.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage C-level relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and contribute to team and company objectives.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and flexible.
