Position Details:

• Role: SEN Teacher (Autism Specialism)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored learning plans for children with Autism.
• Work closely with support staff to provide a positive and nurturing environment.
• Use creative and flexible teaching methods to engage students with varying needs.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support pupils' progress.
• Maintain a calm and structured classroom setting that promotes the emotional well-being of students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with Autism, ideally within a specialist setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
