My client are a well-established, family-owned civil engineering contractor with over 50 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. They deliver projects across numerous sectors including general civils, groundworks, and demolition.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.

Role involves:

  • Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Managing project finances from start to finish
  • Conducting valuations, final accounts, and variations
  • Ensuring contract compliance and providing financial advice to stakeholders
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
