Your Role
As a Talent and Acquisition Officer, you will:
- Promote HCPC as an employer of choice, championing our aims and values.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new recruits.
- Act as an internal consultant and advisor, guiding managers on recruitment best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement creative sourcing and selection strategies.
- Drive positive action initiatives, ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using innovative channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Has a strong background in talent acquisition and is proficient with applicant tracking systems.
- Can create and implement sourcing strategies that engage the best talent in the market.
- Enjoys working closely with various departments, fostering collaboration across the organisation.
