Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students at a primary school in the Leamington Spa area. You will work closely with children who have special educational needs (SEN), providing classroom support and tailored assistance to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven SEND experience
• Classroom experience working with primary-aged children
• Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach
• The ability to work effectively with teachers to provide individualised support to children
