Mobile Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
Location: Central London/Surrey
Day rate: £42,000 to £47,000
We are assisting a client in Central in London to recruit a Mobile Technician on a Permanent basis. The successful will post holder will be responsible for several healthcare facilities across their London and Surrey portfolio. They will ensure that the sites are safe, compliant, and ready to serve the community. Van will be provided by the trust with full complement of tools.
Key criteria
- Performs some semi-skilled maintenance tasks and checks, including basic Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks for Water, Fire, Ventilation, Electrical and Building Fabric to ensure the Trust’s buildings and grounds adhere to statutory compliance and are fit for purpose.
- Installs, maintains, services and repairs a range of estates services equipment across all areas of their responsibility.
- Competent Person level in at least one of the following: Water, Electrical, Ventilation, Lifts, Fire, Medical Gas, Pressure System, or other estate-related area.
- Delivery small minor works as directed by the trust
- Assigned to a designated zone. On occasion, may be required to work across other zones.
- Builds relationships with Site Service Managers (SSMs), stakeholders and external service providers and contractors, to support the delivery of services in a professional, timely manner.
