Tier one main contractor - fantastic QS opportunity

Role
This Quantity Surveyor is part of the regional team based from the nearest suitable office, to be initially positioned on a site in North Yorkshire for at least 12 months. Working on a sizeable new build project, the QS will manage several large and complex packages as part of a large commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS to learn and hone their skills with the freedom to run large and complex packages within a major project, within the secure set up of a strong commercial team.

This is a site based position with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

Longer term prospects for the QS are excellent given that this company has a solid and continuous workload within the region, an excellent reputation, low staff turnover, and a flexible attitude to accommodate individual aspirations ad needs. There will be an opportunity to shine within this major project.

Experience Required
Applicants should have a an HND/HNC/degree in Quantity Surveying and practical experience within a main contractor organisation. Other attributes include good commercial acumen and communication skills.

Remuneration
£40,000 to £50,000 plus company car, generous pension scheme and holidays.
