Role Overview: As a Mechanical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems and equipment within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of our production processes and the reliability of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize mechanical systems and processes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
