THE BUSINESS

A forward-thinking company in the timber processing and fabrication industry, specialising in high-quality timber products. They value precision and craftsmanship, ensuring every product meets strict quality standards. As the business expands, they are seeking a skilled Machine Operative to support their growing production needs.

THE ROLE
 

• To run a painting machine and can recognise the difference between something that is painted well with adequate paint coverage versus something not adequately coated- patchy, blotchy.
• Maintaining a machine, paint clearly left will set.
• To load and unload, organising and creating labels to identify trollies of work
• Fills and repairs timber as necessary

THE PERSON

• Able to read drawings, and documented instruction
• Able to use a PC for printing works instructions and labels, scanning of labels for completed components
• Can write clearly and is organised and structured
• Experience as a machine operative

THE PACKAGE

• Pay rate of £11.50 - £13.45 per hour.
