Join us as a UX Writer

  • We’re looking for a UX Writer to create engaging content that delivers a great customer experience, reflecting our brand style and tone of voice
  • You’ll be developing and delivering digital content across multiple channels to serve the needs of our users while supporting commercial objectives
  • It’s an opportunity to build great relationships with other designers and digital teams and collaborate to deliver best in class work

What you’ll do

You’ll be developing and delivering digital content that is clear and concise, and reflects our design and UX best practice. We’ll look to you to understand analytics and user testing outputs to inform content decisions and improve usability. And you’ll support content approval to make sure that it follows our brand guidelines, tone of voice and design principles.

You’ll also be:

  • Using data and analytics to review performance and measure what’s working and where we can improve our content
  • Participating in research activities to test, evaluate and iterate our content, translating insights into recommendations
  • Reviewing each experience to identify content related components and assets needed
  • Collaborating with designers to ensure content strategy is implemented across all projects and platforms

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with UX Writing experience and the ability to produce high quality, user-focused content for digital channels. Experience of writing for financial services, or another complex sector would be an advantage. You’ll have a background in content delivery and show you can simplify complexity through good writing in a range of formats.

We’ll also expect you to have:

  • Knowledge of digital design tools such as Figma and an understanding of how the user journey, content and user engagement works in a digital environment
  • Experience of using data research to inform your writing
  • Experience of influencing, presenting, and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of UX strategies, models and practices
