Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client, a leading provider of rental refrigeration, catering equipment, and temporary kitchens.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage scheduling and logistics for equipment rentals
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, data entry, and admin work
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
