Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client, a leading provider of rental refrigeration, catering equipment, and temporary kitchens.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for equipment rentals
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Experience in scheduling, data entry, and admin work
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
